Tax Preparer

We're a small, client-focused tax preparation and bookkeeping office dedicated to providing excellent services to our community. Our team values accuracy, professionalism, and great client relationships. We're looking for a detail-oriented and experienced seasonal tax preparer to join our team during the busy tax season. While not required, having experience with bookkeeping is preferred.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare individual and small business tax returns accurately and efficiently
• Review and organize clients' tax documents, ensuring compliance with tax laws
• Perform bookkeeping tasks
• Communicate with clients to gather necessary information and address tax related questions
• Maintain accurate and organized records for each client

Qualifications: 

• Active CTEC Registration
• Valid PTIN
• Valid CTEC Bond

Job Types: Full-time, Part-Time, Seasonal

Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour

Compensation Package:

• Hourly pay
• Performance bonus

Ability to Relocate:

• Fresno, CA 93703: Relocate before starting work (Required)
