Office Manager Full time The Penns Grove Sewerage Authority is seeking a full-time Office Manager. Responsibilities: (1) Manage all financial operations of the administrative office, including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger, Budget, and Payroll; (2) Manage escrow accounts, notes and bonds, etc., (3) Record and produce minutes of the Authority's meetings; (4) Communicate with various professionals who do work for the Authority and with local, state and regional agencies; (5) Prepare reports as needed; (6) Receive and post payments at the window from the public. Must have at least three (3) years of experience in office administration; Accounting, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable and Payroll. Proficiency in using MS Office is mandatory and experience with the Edmunds Software System is a plus. Excellent communication skills are required. Resumes will be accepted through 8/31/2022 EOE.
