Reporting Specialist
The Missouri Ethics Commission is seeking a Reporting Specialist to deliver high quality customer service to individuals required to file Personal Financial Disclosure reports with the Commission. The Commission works closely with candidates and public officials in state and local government to understand laws and regulations within the jurisdiction of the MEC.
The successful applicant will possess good written and verbal communication skills, be organized with attention to detail, and have knowledge of Microsoft Office applications. The successful applicant will be able to explain the filing requirements to a variety of officials and candidates.
Work includes processing and reviewing reports submitted electronically or on paper for completeness and accuracy.
A degree from an accredited college or university is preferred; or a high school diploma or equivalent and two years of work experience are required.
Salary begins at $34,500-$36,000 depending on qualifications.
