An established property management company seeks a highly motivated, reliable, organized, and positive accounting professional that can multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
Key Qualifications and Requirements:
- Minimum three to five years experience in coding various General Ledger accounts: Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and General Ledger work across multi-company environment.
- Proficiency in general ledger accounting and bank reconciliation processes.
- Strong understanding of financial concepts and principles.
- 3 years or more experience with Quickbooks. Knowledge of Buildium a plus.
- Microsoft Office Skills proficiency: Outlook, Excel, and Word.
- Comply with federal, state, and company policies, procedures, and regulations.
- Ability to create & maintain Excel spreadsheets for various tasks.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to handle & complete multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Bi-Lingual. Strong command of the English language (written & verbal).
- Notary preferred.
- $19/hr
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, demonstrating effective communication skills
