Account Executive:
The Good Feels team has been officially operating in the market since March 2022. We provide
licensed cannabis dispensaries in Massachusetts with a line of infused Seltzers and fast acting
Beverage Enhancers. We are looking for an enthusiastic and dependable Account Executive to
join our team.
Description:
The Account Executive will learn about the Good Feels brand and product lines. We are
seeking someone who can effectively prospect into new accounts, acquire new business, and
maintain these customer relationships for growth. This position will report directly to the Head
of Sales.

At Good Feels, we produce a line of infused Seltzers and fast acting Beverage Enhancers
locally in Medway, MA.
We use 100% renewable energy, are carbon neutral, and are committed to using all
plant-based materials. Our focus is also on local partnerships first. We created drinkable
cannabis products that celebrate life & wellness.
Primary Responsibilities:
● Prospect into new accounts and close net new business opportunities
● Generate and send quotes/invoices
● Continue to maintain rapport with your clients to onboard, service, and grow
their account
● Log your daily calls and current deals/opportunities within the CRM (Hubspot)
● Is able to travel to dispensaries to meet with prospective clients throughout the
week (The position is about 40% remote doing calls, emails, sending invoices,
managing pipeline and 60% out in the field doing stop-ins or scheduled in person
meetings with potential clients).
● Work closely with various functional teams that support Sales, including:
Finance, Operations, Marketing, Field Marketing, and the Digital Asset Manager. After
onboarding customers, we ask that you are detailed in keeping customer contact
information to make intros to our support team
● Report key deal updates and forecast data to sales leadership on a weekly basis
● Would work industry trade show events and networking events with the Sales
and Marketing teams (examples of future events: NECANN, Harvest Cup, MJ Biz Con,
etc.)
Qualifications:
● Bachelor's Degree preferred
● At least 2+ years of full cycle sales experience (B2B)
● Cannabis industry sales experience a plus
● Excellent communication, presentation and strategic analytical thinking skills
● Strong track record of success driving revenue through prospecting and creating new
business
● Ability to work well independently and under pressure, as well as be highly responsive
to clients.
● Ability to learn, absorb and adapt quickly to ever-changing business priorities.
● Computer Skills: G-Suite, Experience with at least one CRM software
The Location:
We are located conveniently off of the 495 belt in Medway, MA.
Requirements
The ideal candidate for this position fits the following description:
● Must have own vehicle for transportation
● Have excellent communication skills
● Able to positively represent the brand at events and in public
● Skilled in GSuite (Docs, Sheets, Forms, etc.)
● Attention to detail
● Ability to interact professionally and effectively with fellow team members
● Enthusiasm for fast-acting cannabis products
● Availability to work weekends (*for initial training practice with our in-store pop up team
and for future Trade Show events)
● Experience in sales required
● Maintains compliance with CCC rules and regulations surrounding claims and
messaging
● Must be able to perform physical tasks including walking, squatting, lifting 25 pounds
● Candidate must be at least 21 years old per state regulations
● Must consent to CORI (background check)
● Must be legally eligible to work in the United States
Full Time Salary: TBD based on experience, plus commission (with benefits)
Part Time Hourly: N/A
