Job duties include:
- Financial planning, budgeting, building and maintaining the company’s financial models and projections using Excel.
- Accounting research and analysis using Hedberg and Matrix for Business.
- Internal reporting of monthly, quarterly and annual results, budget to actuals, changing trajectory based upon actuals to date, and communicating the revised trajectories.
- Reporting to third parties, including lenders, suppliers, clients, etc. Revising agreements with third parties.
- Negotiating all commercial and legal arrangements with company’s clients.
- Lead all of the company’s Mergers and Acquisitions activities, including: identification of potential targets (in the US and globally), structuring transactions, managing financial, accounting and legal due-diligence and negotiation of legal documentation.
- Leading and managing the company’s financing arrangements, including: development of financing alternatives, negotiation of financing agreements and on-going management of relationships and reporting to lenders.
Applicant must possess the minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance or its foreign equivalent education and 7 years of post-baccalaureate progressive experience in finance.
Experience must include:
- Building and maintaining complex financial models using visual basic, macros, resolution of circular references, and sensitivity analysis.
- Conducting multiple cross border M&A transactions, both on the sell and buy side, each amounting to at least $200 million.
- Structuring, negotiating and executing financing arrangements for multiple transactions each amounting to at least $200 million.
- Experience using:
- Hedberg;
- Matrix for Business; and
- Excel.
Experience may be obtained concurrently.
