Manager of Finance & Administration
Agralite Electric Cooperative is seeking a well-qualified individual for the position of Manager of Finance and Administration. This position will report to the CEO/General Manager and offers a great opportunity for professional growth for a highly motivated individual.
The position is responsible for the overall finances of the Cooperative. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: financial reporting; financial forecasting and planning; annual budgeting; loan applications; working with Rural Utility Services (RUS) and Cooperative Finance Cooperative (CFC) and external auditors. The position is in charge of accounting, billing, credit/collections, human resources, NISC and office administration personnel.
Experience should include: Bachelor's Degree in Finance or Accounting, advanced degree or CPA preferred, 7 years of related experience, or equivalent combination of education, training and experience. The successful applicant must be self-motivated, dependable, have a high degree of integrity, and possess strong leadership capabilities.
Agralite Electric Cooperative is an electric cooperative that serves over 5,300 residential, commercial, and industrial member consumers in West Central Minnesota.
